Bath Taps and Radiators
This was the beginning of the 'Brilliant Service' training programme at Yarlington Housing Group. The behavioural change programme will see all teams across the organisation taking part in various workshops with a view to achieving its number one pledge of providing exceptional and consistent customer service. To develop the programme, Carol spent a number of days out and about in the business with a view to understanding the needs of customers better and to see the day-day working of Somerset's largest housing association. Particular highlights were the visits to sheltered housing schemes and tenants' homes.
